**Experienced Data Entry Clerk (Remote) – Debt Solution Provider**

As we embark on our next stage of significant growth, we're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and agile Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, and you'll play a critical role in helping us reach our ambitious goals. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional results, working independently, and contributing to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Preparing documentation for filing and/or associated correspondence, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our administrative processes. * Obtaining all necessary supporting information and documentation to facilitate the proper administration of files, including income and tax filings, asset realizations, and more. * Responding promptly to ongoing queries and requests from creditors and debtors, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. * Collaborating with our administration team to obtain information, documentation, and resolve complex issues, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extract file details and information. * Preparing and reviewing files for completeness, following up on outstanding documents, and ensuring compliance with our naming protocols. * Liaising with internal clients to clarify and resolve issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Organizing file documents, calculating income and surplus income obligations, and understanding relevant legal requirements across multiple provincial jurisdictions. * Performing searches for insolvency, Personal Property Security Act registrations, house valuations, and computation of realizable value. * Creating documents required for signature, reviewing sign-up documents for accuracy and policy compliance, and filing documents with the Official Receiver. * Accurately transferring pertinent information from written and scanned records into our internal software, Ascend. * Maintaining client confidentiality and protecting operations by keeping information secure. * Liaising with external clients to clarify or resolve outstanding documents, and electronic filing of statutory documents. * Preparing documents for DocuSign, reviewing amended proposals, and performing other tasks as necessary. **Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Experience performing data entry with a proven high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently. * Proficient technical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), with the ability to learn computer software quickly. * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an asset. * Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information to others, and good interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff members. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity. **Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. * Vacation and wellness days to recharge and relax. * Extended health and dental coverage, as well as a virtual doctor plan to support your well-being. * Employee Assistance Program and mental health resources to promote your mental health and wellness. * Company matching retirement savings plan to help you plan for your future. * Financial support for professional development to enhance your skills and career. * Annual company events to celebrate our successes and build camaraderie. * Exclusive access to perks and discounts to enhance your work-life balance. **Our Commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity:** At arenaflex, we're dedicated to creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable experience for everyone – our clients, employees, partners, and the communities we serve.
