As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll be part of this mission and contribute to a team that provides stock plan management services. About the Role As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. Your primary responsibilities will include: Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards. Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting. Researching, tracking, and responding to questions received from participants, business partners, or other stakeholders. Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities. Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations. Reviewing and maintaining equity management policies and documentation. Performing other equity plan administration tasks as requested. Qualifications & Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. At least 1 year of experience in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field. Experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans. Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly. Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers. Ability to analyze and convert findings into clear actionable recommendations. Essential Skills The ideal candidate will possess: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in equity plan administration. Clear communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and participants. Data analysis skills to produce ad-hoc reports and analytics. Customer service focus to respond to queries and concerns from participants and stakeholders.
