Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and experienced Data Entry Coordinator to manage and maintain accurate data records, ensure data integrity, and provide administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency with data entry software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Enter customer and account data from source documents with high accuracy and attention to detail Enter new SKUs and pricing in the system, ensuring data consistency and integrity Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material, identifying and correcting errors as needed Upload documents and backup records in the Salesforce system, maintaining organized and easily accessible files Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process, ensuring timely and efficient payment processing Reconcile Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our financial records Conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis, maintaining accurate inventory levels and minimizing discrepancies Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence, ensuring exceptional customer service and support Please note that arenaflex reserves the right to add or change duties at any time, and the successful candidate will be expected to adapt to evolving responsibilities and priorities.
