You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting all information provided on the documents into our internal servers, and pulling various reports related to the submissions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a Data Entry Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and on time * Creating entries in our internal systems, accurately inputting business and owner information * Pulling and reviewing commercial and consumer credit reports * Processing 60+ submissions a day, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment * Communicating effectively throughout the analysis review, providing high-quality customer service to internal and external clients * Occasionally performing other duties as assigned by management **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Highly detail-oriented and comfortable dealing with numbers * Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Resourceful – willing to take on other assignments as needed to support the team **Qualifications** While we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, we're particularly interested in hearing from individuals with: * 1-3 years of previous financial services underwriting or processing experience * A strong understanding of financial services and alternative financing solutions * Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment **Compensation and Benefits** As a Data Entry Representative at blithequark, you can expect to receive: * A competitive hourly rate of $16-$18 per hour, based on experience * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k * Paid vacation, sick, and holidays * Remote work/telework opportunities **Work Environment and Company Culture** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a work environment that's collaborative, inclusive, and rewarding.
