Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist We are currently hiring for a Data Entry Specialist to play a vital role in our administrative support team. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently transcribing text and numerical data into our digital records and databases. Key Responsibilities: Transcribe text and numerical data from records, worksheets, and internet forms into the corresponding digital records and databases with high accuracy and attention to detail Revise and update existing data inputs when new information becomes available, ensuring data integrity and consistency Oversee and maintain filing systems for reference materials and assets, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access and retrieval of information Contribute to other clerical responsibilities, such as duplicating, fax transmissions, and document organization, as required, to support the administrative team Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication Benefits and Compensation At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package and a range of benefits to support your career growth and well-being.
