Key Responsibilities Express genuine empathy and concern for customers' issues and address them as if they were your own, providing personalized support and solutions. Answer, evaluate, and prioritize requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with services or products, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Identify high-risk customer situations and escalate them appropriately without hesitation, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Manage multiple chats simultaneously, maintaining a high level of productivity and composure in a fast-paced environment. Accurately document all required information and chat details in the ticketing system, ensuring that customer interactions are properly recorded and tracked. Respond to and resolve open issues in an appropriate time frame, meeting or exceeding customer expectations for service and support. Identify trends related to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalate them appropriately to management, contributing to ongoing improvement and optimization of our customer support processes. Multitask using multiple systems, skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure, and maintaining a high level of productivity in a dynamic environment. Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, ensuring that customers receive consistent and reliable support. Demonstrate strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities, and excellent grammar, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and preferences. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities, including: A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in English, communication, and customer service. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to express yourself clearly and effectively in writing. Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently, with excellent grammar and spelling skills. Previous experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong understanding of contact center support metrics and the ability to implement actions for improvement. Ability to work independently, utilizing resources to resolve customer issues, and maintaining a high level of productivity in a remote work environment. Great understanding of text and chat acronyms, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and preferences.
