Transcribe audio files, documents, or other written materials into digital format, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that data is accurate and consistent, and identify and address data discrepancies to ensure the integrity of our records. Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and printing documents, and develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our systems and data entry processes. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate data entry, and meet and exceed productivity and quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Essential Qualifications Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, with excellent time management and prioritization skills. Proficiency in computer systems and data entry software, with experience in data collection, data analysis, and data entry. Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to transcribe written materials accurately and efficiently. Familiarity with pivot tables and other data analysis tools, with the ability to extract and present data in a meaningful way. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred. Experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
