As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized records that support our operational excellence. As an Innovation Investigator Understudy, you will have the opportunity to work with various groups, including Air Tasks, Client and Business, Framework and Services, People and Finance. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist and Innovation Investigator Understudy include: Working with business clients to conduct requirements analysis related to systems and business processes to create quality technical solutions Ensuring solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and conform to departmental standards Managing timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementing to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget Acting as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Innovation Teams Participating in systems and acceptance testing Collaborating with Case's (Scrum Master, Engineer, Product Owners) to test applications as they are making changes Working with the Quality Administration Office to ensure the quality of applications used by our Teams (Airline stewards and Pilots) Groups and Responsibilities The Data Entry Specialist and Innovation Investigator Understudy will have the opportunity to work with various groups, including: Air Tasks: Working with the Quality Administration Office to ensure the quality of applications used by our Teams (Airline stewards and Pilots) Client and Business: Working with the Southwest Getaways (SWAV) team to develop a new, revenue-generating product for blithequark beyond its core air product Framework and Services: Working with the Innovation Office to develop and implement new systems and services People and Finance: Working with the HR and Finance teams to ensure effective communications and solutions Essential Qualifications The essential qualifications for the Data Entry Specialist and Innovation Investigator Understudy include: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred Basic knowledge of technical environment required Openness to Agile methodologies preferred Basic understanding of project management processes Strong analytical and verbal communication skills required Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under close deadlines Preferred Qualifications The preferred qualifications for the Data Entry Specialist and Innovation Investigator Understudy include: Past investigator internship experience within the past year preferred Experience solving business problems in a capstone or case competition preferred Works well in a culture that is open, direct, respectful, and empathetic Skills and Competencies The skills and competencies required for success in this role include: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with equal opportunity for learning and self-improvement.
