Experienced Data Entry Specialist/Clerk – Full-Time Remote Opportunity for Manufacturing Process Enhancement

Job Overview The Data Entry Specialist/Clerk will play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing teams by processing production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position will also involve working closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks, reviewing and verifying batch records, and scanning/attaching them into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Help finish production orders and create labels for QC samples and bulk materials, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Assist with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching them into the ERP system Collaborate with inventory controllers to identify Bin locations and help Planning teams resubmit re-test samples, promoting efficient inventory management Perform job duties in accordance with ISO requirements, following the "line of clearance" rule and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions Participate in other projects or responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt Essential Qualifications and Competencies To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with arenaflex's core competencies: Innovate : Be better, keep improving, be more efficient, creative, and at the forefront of development Aspire : Have desire, purpose, and ambition, challenging yourself to push limits and reach new heights Collaborate : Foster teamwork, common goals, selflessness, communication, and mutual support Transform : Adapt, learn, re-invent, and change for future development and growth In terms of education and experience, the minimum requirements include: High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience OR Biotech Certificate or Associate's degree in a science or related field Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and experience are highly desirable: Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems Some laboratory experience, which will help to understand the manufacturing process Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
