Our benefits package is designed to keep you happy, healthy, and well-traveled, with perks like parental leave, 401k, and the opportunity to travel the world. **Job Responsibilities** As a Data Protection & Privacy Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Analyzing and implementing data protection and privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop secure technology solutions that protect sensitive data * Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of data breaches * Providing training and guidance to employees on data protection and privacy best practices * Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data protection and privacy * Participating in incident response and crisis management efforts to ensure business continuity **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field * At least 3 years of experience in a STEM-related field, with a focus on data protection and privacy * A deep understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies, including local, national, and international regulations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management * The ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines, handling multiple tasks simultaneously * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: * CISA certification * Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security * Knowledge of safety engineering and architecture principles * Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key control principles * Experience with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and products * Ability to interpret noncompliance and determine its impact on risk and/or average effectiveness of the company's cybersecurity program **Work Environment and Culture** As a Data Protection & Privacy Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, inclusion, and innovation.
