Key Responsibilities Provide native English customer support to handle tickets of all tiers for our clients, ensuring timely and high-quality responses Utilize client platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, with training provided to ensure seamless onboarding Deliver excellent customer service over the phone, as required by some clients, with a strong focus on empathy and problem-solving Perform basic administrative tasks, as needed, to support client operations and ensure efficient workflow Maintain reliable internet connectivity to ensure uninterrupted service and meet performance expectations What We Look for in a Candidate To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers. While prior experience in customer-facing roles is not mandatory, it's highly desirable.
