Position Overview As a valued member of our team, the Energy Services Data Entry Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our programs. As a remote typist, you will have the flexibility to work from home and be part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference in the community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt. Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc. Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements. Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services. Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc. Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed. Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings. Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities. Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role. Perform related work as required. Required Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to have an Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. Additionally, you should have at least two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes. We also consider additional appropriate education or directly related experience as substitutes for the required qualifications. Being bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred, as it will enable you to communicate effectively with our diverse client base. Essential Skills and Competencies Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with database management systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately input data and maintain organized records.
