About the Role The ChatGPT Enterprise Sales team at blithequark has a unique and exciting mission: to help customers understand and harness the profound impact of highly capable AI models on their businesses and users. This role is a perfect blend of technical understanding, visionary partnership, and value-driven strategy, requiring a professional who can drive opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closure. As a key representative of blithequark, you will embody the company's thought leadership in AI, collaborating closely with researchers, engineers, and solution strategists to evolve customers' AI journeys. With the rapid adoption of ChatGPT Enterprise by companies worldwide, blithequark is seeking seasoned Account Directors to join its team, focusing on both acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise prospects through their journey from consideration to purchase, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and the value proposition of blithequark's AI solutions. Partner with Account Associates, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to design and execute complex customer evaluations, demos, and pilots that showcase the capabilities of blithequark's AI products. Forecast pipeline and targets on a weekly basis, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and contributing to the overall growth of the business. Stay abreast of the industry landscape, including people, competitors, partners, and trends, to inform product roadmaps and corporate strategies that drive innovation and competitiveness. Collaborate across multiple functions, including solutions, marketing, communications, business operations, people operations, finance, product management, and engineering, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and business growth. Support the recruitment and onboarding of new teammates, contributing to the development of a high-performing sales team that embodies blithequark's values and mission. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service at a product-led growth company, with a history of achieving revenue targets exceeding $1 million per year for more than six years. Experience in designing and executing complex deal strategies, supporting the growth of fast-growing, high-performance companies, and leading high-visibility customer events are highly valued. Additionally, the ability to gather, distill, and process complex market intelligence and report on customer success activities will be essential in driving strategic decisions and growth.
