The Opportunity As an Enterprise Account Executive at blithequark, you'll have the unique opportunity to work with Customer Experience leaders in C-Suite and VP positions at some of the largest companies in the US. You'll own your book of business, focusing on big strategic deals that will change the trajectory of our company. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership : Own the sales experience while building and managing relationships with key decision-makers and executives at Fortune 1000 companies, leveraging your expertise to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. Discovery and Demo : Conduct discovery calls, provide product demos, and design product presentations and business cases that meet the specific needs of prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our AI-powered solutions. Proposal Development and Negotiation : Develop and deliver proposals, negotiate and close contracts, and ensure seamless execution of agreements, utilizing your skills in complex deal structuring and contract negotiation. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure alignment across functions, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Product Representation : Represent our product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, and workshops, serving as a subject matter expert and thought leader in the AI-powered customer experience space. Pilot and POC Management : Scope, manage, and execute customer pilots and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to demonstrate the value of our solutions, working closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. Customer and Partner Communication : Communicate and collaborate with customers and partners to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Strategy Development : Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and increase market share, utilizing market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform your approach. Qualifications Essential Qualifications SaaS Software Sales Experience : 4+ years of experience in SaaS software sales at an enterprise level, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth, expanding customer relationships, and negotiating complex deals. Complex Deal Structuring : Experience negotiating, structuring, and executing complex enterprise-level agreements, with a strong understanding of contract law, pricing strategies, and revenue recognition principles. Cross-Functional Leadership : Prior experience leading cross-functional teams through large deal close processes, with a proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
