As a leading provider of telemarketing and customer success services, we are constantly seeking talented individuals who share our vision and values. **Key Responsibilities:** As an Entry-Level Telemarketing Customer Success Manager – Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Engaging with customers via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts to provide exceptional service and support. * Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with a friendly, professional demeanor. * Collaborating with team members to enhance customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement. * Utilizing provided resources to learn and grow in the role. * Maintaining accurate records of interactions and feedback. * Embracing a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement, fostering positive relationships and driving success. **What You Will Be Doing:** As a live chat customer support agent, you will handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses that meet the customer's needs and exceed their expectations. **Contract Length and Rate:** This is a remote, contract-based position with no fixed term. You will be paid $35 per hour for your services. **Skills and Background:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). * The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions. * 10+ hours of availability per week. * A reliable internet connection. **Hours per Week and Location:** You will be required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
