Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating daily activities for our team of technicians, ensuring seamless execution of service calls, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with Field Service Supervisors, customers, and sales teams to identify gaps in schedules, provide input on technician capacity, and find solutions to scheduling exceptions. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will be essential in collaborating with various teams, managing parts ordering, and ensuring timely completion of service calls in accordance with service level agreements. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate daily activities for 15+ technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime. Interface directly with Field Service Supervisors, customers, and sales teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Identify gaps in schedules and provide input on technician capacity to optimize resource allocation. Find solutions to scheduling exceptions and collaborate with various teams to resolve issues promptly. Work in SAP to support service activities, manage parts ordering, and ensure accurate inventory management. Handle project-related work, such as inventory support and processing returns, to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure timely completion of service calls in accordance with service level agreements, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Research and resolve ticket scheduling issues using complex systems, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Monitor and respond to incoming requests and emails related to special projects, providing excellent customer service and support. Participate in strategic initiatives to drive organizational efficiency, contributing to process improvements and innovation. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education. 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics/transportation, showcasing your ability to work in fast-paced environments. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and internal teams. Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to efficiently manage data and communicate with stakeholders.
