Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team as a Client Mind Professional. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time remote opportunity with a competitive salary range of $25-$35/hour. Key Responsibilities Service inbound calls while engaging and talking with business owners and executives, understanding their needs, and recommending the right blithequark SBS products Convey elevated levels of product and service knowledge to impart fitting product features, benefits, and other elements of blithequark Private Company Services Continuously develop key selling abilities, including building affinity, understanding client needs, taking care of complaints, and bringing deals to a close Provide exceptional client care by answering inquiries concerning accounts in a quick-moving, organized client care climate Record important account data as per laid-out approaches and techniques Maintain integrity by complying with all Administrative and Compliance rules connected with adjusting and deals rehearsing Essential Qualifications Client support experience (two years+) with a passion for building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, cleverness, and strong written and verbal communication Demonstrated success in a client support and sales environment (two years+) Ability to work in a speed measurement environment with the capability to perform multiple tasks and routes in an electronic environment Secondary school recognition or equivalent required; education benefits available Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of sales and customer service best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in CRM software and other productivity tools What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing our team members with the support and resources they need to succeed.
