Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by answering and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with customers to escalate complex issues and provide notifications and guidance to management. Conduct compliance reviews and ensure that sensitive electronic payment data is safeguarded. Analyze, interpret, and consolidate data into reports for customer review and provide insights to product teams on emerging issues and trends. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. Assess incoming inquiries and issues, and ensure resolution by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrate expertise and apply knowledge to the development, execution, and improvement of operational plans. Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and deliver results. Model compliance with company policies and procedures, and promote organizational standards of ethics and integrity. Essential Qualifications Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Call center foundation/experience in financial services. Client support foundation/experience in finance. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment. Knowledge of financial services and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
