Resolve customer issues, including product returns, replacement requests, and billing inquiries, in a fair and efficient manner. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers and provide solutions to their problems. Document and update customer interactions and transactions in the company database, ensuring that accurate records are kept. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, working closely with teams to resolve customer issues. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings, striving for excellence in customer service. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance our services. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment, is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for success in this role. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required. Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications is necessary. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required. Preferred Qualifications Some college coursework or a degree in a related field is a plus. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools is preferred. Knowledge of retail or e-commerce operations is an asset.
