About the Role As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional support through various channels, including chat, email, and phone. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues and complaints, escalating priority issues to the appropriate departments, and providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard. Resolve customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, including refunds, replacement products, or other solutions. Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are fully resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome. Use available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on the latest information to provide accurate answers. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments, ensuring that urgent and complex issues are addressed promptly. Meet daily and weekly performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times. Provide feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and issues, helping us to continually improve our products and services. Essential Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members through various channels. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs, analyze information, and provide creative solutions to help customers resolve their issues. Technical skills, including proficiency in software applications such as chat software, email clients, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. Self-motivation and adaptability, with the ability to stay focused and motivated in a remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other Amazon-related tools and systems. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk. Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
