**Experienced Member Services Representative – Remote Customer Service**

As a Member Services Representative, you'll be part of the Payments and Digital Strategy team in the arenaflex Credit Union, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless transactions. **Why You'll Love This Role** In this dynamic position, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include: ### Key Responsibilities * Complete data access and balancing tasks to ensure accurate financial records * Coordinate return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assist various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Work on member cases/assignments, following established guidelines and procedures * Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff transactions * Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Log, review, and make necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Process Stop Pays and Check Batching * Complete daily balancing and department closing * Obtain information from contributors for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests * Research and verify incoming and outgoing wire transfer information * Communicate with vendors to process wire transfers * Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer regulations * Deposit check returns, review member draft changes, process member checks, verify contributors for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers * Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees ### Essential Qualifications * High school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) * Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams ### Preferred Qualifications * Previous customer/member service experience * Previous banking or Credit Union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience ### What You'll Get As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Travel Perks: Explore the world with your family and friends, with access to over 6,800 daily flights across our global network. * Health Benefits: Enjoy comprehensive health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits, plus digital health visits, flexible spending accounts, and more. * Wellness Programs: Take care of your physical and mental well-being with our wellness programs, offering the right tools, resources, and support. * 401(k) Program: Available upon hire, with company contributions to your 401(k) plan after one year. * Additional Benefits: Enjoy our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more. ### Join the arenaflex Family At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment, where everyone can thrive.
