Our company culture is built on a foundation of trust, respect, and open communication, ensuring that every team member feels valued and empowered to succeed. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining excellent relationships with new and existing policyholders, resulting in increased levels of retention. Your responsibilities will include: * Proactively contacting policyholders to provide updates and needed actions on accounts * Reaching out to customers who are in cancellation status, following up on terminated policies, and collecting payments to reinstate policies * Following up with customers who have rejected payments (NSF) and those who are late or in jeopardy of being late * Analyzing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions or recommendations * Conducting outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests * Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system * Collaborating with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction * Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries * Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to enhancing the overall customer experience **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience as an agent, preferably in the personal lines insurance industry * An Active Property & Casualty License for the State of Georgia * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities * Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized assistance * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Experience with Allstate and Advisor Pro is a plus **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions * Ability to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies, ensuring effective communication with customers * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
