You'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, using multiple programs and systems to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for insurance, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls from existing customers in a fast-paced call center-like environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve their needs quickly and efficiently. * Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of insurance requirements and carrier guidelines across dozens of states and many carriers. * Answer questions related to coverages, billing, and policy history. * Use a proactive approach to identify and assess customers' needs and offer our services to ensure each customer is placed best for their needs.
