**Experienced Full Stack Customer Success Manager – Bilingual, Spanish or Portuguese**

We're looking for a motivated and dedicated individual who shares our passion for customer success and is eager to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: * Working with an established client base to grow revenue through existing accounts using our industry-leading solutions * Communicating with Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese speaking customers, both written and verbal * Providing strong interactions with customers at the Senior Management level, including support on forming relationships with C-level contacts * Negotiating contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells with clients * Establishing business and technical goals with clients through Quarterly Business Reviews * Maintaining a structured cadence with named customer accounts, building relationships, presenting Keeper solutions, troubleshooting challenges, managing issues with the broader Keeper team, and closing deals * Advising customers on best practices for securing and protecting their business against password-related breaches * Proactively managing the success of a portfolio of assigned Keeper Security customers to deliver consistent value across the entire lifecycle * Demonstrating knowledge of Customer Success best practices, staying up to date on trends in the industry, and operating as a Customer Success and Cyber Security advisor to your customers * Understanding and navigating account procurement practices to negotiate licensing contracts * Resolving customer issues, alone and through collaboration with other Keeper Security teams, and approaching all situations with curiosity and creativity * Building strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement, adoption, and communication * Becoming a Keeper Security product expert for your customers and occasionally assisting on Sales or Marketing calls/webinars as a CSM & Keeper expert * Driving customer advocacy in the form of references, referrals, and case studies * Performing data-driven reviews and analysis on customer portfolio to prioritize opportunity and risk * Reliably renewing and expanding customer contracts, meeting and exceeding personal and team quotas * Participating in the evolution of Keeper Security's own Customer Success programs and processes * Contributing towards the development of a strong team environment by upholding high work standards **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1+ years of experience in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success/Sales roles * Fluency in Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese and English, both verbal and written * Strong technical knowledge as it pertains to software integrations (SSO, Directory etc), implementation, onboarding & support * A motivated and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise * Experience working with and selling to Enterprise organizations, C-level Executives, IT and Cyber Security Executives * Unrivaled sense of autonomy, ownership, and dedication to helping customers realize their intended value * Energetic and self-motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to details * Working knowledge of Salesforce.com * Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS) * Experience working in IAM industry is a plus **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Medical, Dental & Vision (Inclusive of domestic partnerships) * Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental life * Voluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance * 401k (Roth/Traditional) * A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc) **Work Environment** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule if you live near our global headquarters in Chicago.
