Our mission is to connect people to what matters in their lives, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Quality Control Standards and Guidelines team. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation by identifying trends and performance metrics to improve the Quality Control division. You'll work closely with our team to analyze data, create reports, and develop recommendations for process improvements that align with our company's objectives. **Responsibilities and Expectations** As a Quality Control Standards and Guidelines Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control team in ideal data collection, validation, and analysis on data components. * Helping to create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assisting in exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities. * Presenting insights, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Helping to create and distribute specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team. * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work duties as directed by Group Leader. **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or Computer Science. * A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas and present findings in writing, verbally, or through presentations to diverse audiences. * The ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and capacities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase. * The ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. * Experience with PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications is a plus. * Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework are a plus. * The ability to work independently in a team-oriented, help/group-situated climate. * The ability to focus on responsibilities seriously and be a self-motivated individual. * Past internship experience in a related field is a plus. * The ability to manage sensitive and confidential data appropriately. * The ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **What We Offer** As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * A competitive hourly rate of $28/hour. * The opportunity to work on exciting projects that drive business growth and innovation. * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity and creativity. * Professional development opportunities, including training and mentorship programs. * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. * The chance to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the airline industry. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
