About the Job We're seeking an experienced data analyst who can possess expertise across all applications built within to support various Netflix content creation teams. In this role, you will utilize your fundamental knowledge and technical skills to help shape the future of our business intelligence ecosystem. To succeed in this role, we require expertise in data analysis with a proven track record of creating and executing data-driven solutions. You should have a deep understanding of financial and operational data, and be able to communicate your findings in a clear and concise manner. You should also be comfortable working with large datasets and be able to analyze and interpret complex data. Key Responsibilities Construct reports and insights to support finance teams. Understand and possess our financial data to integrate datasets across our studio ecosystem. Work on SQL, Hive, Flash, Voila, Python, and other tools to drive analysis. Develop and monitor errors and warnings to ensure our data remains clean. Collaborate with product managers and non-technical stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable reports and insights. Work with engineering teams to design and develop our integrated data model. About You We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced data analyst with a strong background in data analysis and technical skills. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role. Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of SQL and Python required. Experience with dashboarding tools like Tableau, Dashbuilder, and Looker is required. Strong attention to detail as these reports are used for critical business decision-making and external reporting. Solid communication skills that enable you to partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders while driving projects. Experience with data visualization basics, working with ETL, LookML is a plus.
