You will work closely with our internal teams, including Retail and Seller Services, to develop and implement strategies that drive business results and improve the client experience. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and interpreting large datasets, identifying business opportunities, and developing recommendations to drive business growth and improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the development and implementation of strategies to drive business results and improve the client experience * Collaborate with Retail Group to manage client relationships and support client needs on Amazon * Build and maintain strong communication channels with clients at all levels, setting clear expectations and providing regular status updates * Develop and execute on a comprehensive business plan that aligns with key business objectives and KPIs for clients and arenaflex * Work with internal Amazon groups and clients to identify and address functional areas of their business that impact the client experience * Lead in-depth analysis of client issues and develop recommendations and action plans to improve the client experience * Provide thought leadership on strategy, guidance, and execution * Establish long-term relationships with key client partners * Support the launch of new projects, classes, and features * Lead regular weekly and monthly business reviews with clients, highlighting business metric performance and building action plans * Metric influencing - analyze metrics, make informed estimates, and develop carefully thought-out plans of action **We Are Looking for Candidates with the Following Qualifications** * Fundamental Capabilities + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish + Four-year college degree in any field + At least 3 years of experience in Seller management, sales, post-sales, account management, or business development in managing B2B business + Strong presentation skills, ability to offer perspectives consistently and concisely + Demonstrated attention to detail, highly consultative, and solutions-oriented + Data analysis skills - ability to collect, clean, interpret, challenge, and question data and provide solutions + Impacting skills - metric influencing: ability to grasp a metric and make informed estimates + Discussion skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment with full control and accountability of achieving business goals + Ability to develop unique ideas, approaches, and solutions for average, surprising, or tough spots or issues + Ability to work in teams and focus on delivering results with high standards * Favored Capabilities + Familiarity with retail purchasing, retail planning, and portion, product/project management, marketing, or e-commerce will be an asset + Understanding of and enthusiasm for e-commerce + Advanced analytical skills **Why Join arenaflex?** * arenaflex is an equal opportunities employer.
