As a key member of our Global Equity and Incentive Plan Management team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans. If you're a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with a passion for data analysis and a strong interest in equity and incentive plan management, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll be responsible for: * Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans * Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching stock awards * Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting * Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders * Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery process and inventory buy plan enrollment activities * Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations * Reviewing and maintaining equity management methods and documentation * Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred * At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred * Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans is preferred * Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly * Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers * Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations * Functional Skills: + Strong attention to detail + Clear communication + Data analysis + Customer service focus **What We'll Do For You** * Be part of a diverse team of professionals who share your passion for making a difference * Work in a clearly global environment with daily interaction with people from different countries, functions, and cultures * Develop your skills and competencies through ongoing training and development opportunities * Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a $25/hour rate * Participate in a comprehensive benefits program, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off **Benefits** At blithequark, we empower our employees to prioritize their development through building skills and taking on new experiences.
