You'll work closely with our team to identify and resolve data discrepancies, implement process improvements, and maintain the integrity of our data systems. If you're a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * **Client Experience** + Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. + Model and promote best practices for customer support, including relational skills and arenaflex service characteristics. * **Tasks** + Learn from store, pharmacy, district manager, competitors, and customers/patients to improve data entry processes. + Participate in startup and daily store operations. + Accurately and responsibly record all connected sales on assigned sales register, including records of checking errors, price confirmations, items not on file, price changes, and voids. + Assist district manager or assistant store manager in reviewing request exceptions on request release day and aid in switch operations (e.g., 1506, returns, void bundle). + Analyze stock patterns and regulate stock management, including ordering items, maintaining stock, and exchanging stock, and utilizing organization resources to avoid out-of-stocks and overstocking. + Assist district manager or assistant store manager in assessing and creating displays, including promotional, seasonal, and super displays, and deal stock. Complete resets and changes. + Participate in weekly meetings with district manager or pharmacy manager. + Responsible for basic department pricing and making daily price changes; ensure proper signage is displayed at the store to help exact pricing of items. Ensure any additional pricing assignments related to local regulations and compliance programs are completed accurately and within the required time period. + Assist with external and internal support by ensuring a clean, neat, and efficient store condition and appearance, including requesting store or system fixes as needed in manager absence, or as mentioned by manager. + Assist with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and item placement according to policies/methods (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves). For consumable items, aid in stock turn, utilizing the first-in, first-out technique and restocking outs. + Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment. + Gain exposure to the analysis of financial and performance data for the store, pharmacy, and district, and to the analysis of asset protection data and action plans to reduce loss. + Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances (e.g., liquor and tobacco products). + Function collaboratively to complete the Student Group Challenge and present to region, area, and store leaders. + Conform to all organization policies and procedures; maintain conscious relationships with colleagues. + Complete assessment of temporary position program upon completion. + Complete unique tasks and other assignments as assigned. * **Preparation and Self-awareness** + Attend training and complete E-learnings and unique tasks mentioned by supervisor. + Shadow district manager for the designated time. * **Intercommunications** + Report customer complaints to management. + Assist district manager in planning and attending community events. **Essential Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico) * Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including night and weekend hours **Preferred Capabilities** * Familiarity with store stock control * Equivalent Opportunity Manager, including disability/veterans * This information is provided to promote compensation transparency and equal business opportunities at arenaflex.
