At arenaflex, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are committed to creating a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Distribution Center Administration Framework, working closely with the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions, as well as the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Contacting MHE merchants regarding information management * Working with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks * Coordinating all data backups and data recovery procedures * Serving as a liaison between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution * Supporting all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals * Supporting LAN (Local Area Network) design * Carrying out all future upgrades of software * Coordinating stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and reporting usage to MIS * Regulating nonexempt staff * Maintaining all control tables within the WMS, including access security * Screening the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end users * Managing and screening end-user access and privileges and reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis * Developing reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio **Required Capabilities** * 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc. * 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word * Must be local, as this is not a remote job (Note: This job is actually a remote work-from-home opportunity) **Preferred Capabilities** * Project management experience * Bachelor's degree in IT or related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Business acumen **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is a governmental policy regarding minorities in society leader and an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
