Key Responsibilities Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of their inquiries. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to senior teams as needed. Assist customers with product-related inquiries and order issues, providing accurate and detailed information. Document customer interactions and feedback, using this information to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with other Blithequark teams to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain a thorough understanding of Blithequark's products, services, and policies, staying up-to-date with new developments and launches. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Excellent written communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with customers via live chat. Strong problem-solving abilities: Skilled at analyzing problems, identifying solutions, and implementing effective resolutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Proficiency with computers and typing skills: Highly proficient in using computers and typing, with excellent accuracy and speed. Prior customer service experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable. Availability to work flexible hours: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in a related field or additional certifications a plus. Additional certifications in customer service: Certifications in customer service, such as ICSS or HDI, are highly valued.
