We're looking for a seasoned Program Manager with expertise in managing complex, moveable packages for era structures. Your stakeholders seek you out to help shape early business opportunities because they know you can translate them into programs that drive tangible value and execution. **Key Responsibilities** As a Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Leading complex programs that are innovation-focused, technically challenging, and purposeful in nature. * Conducting feasibility and stage-of-effort tests of conceptual features and designs to provide high-quality functions on time and within budget. * Acting as a concept partner to PDP leaders to shape early-level product innovation possibilities into concrete applications. * Partnering with Netflix Product Managers on projects within their innovation roadmaps and endorsing for PDP's groups via proactively consulting and advising throughout the innovation lifecycle on product functions, assessments, and designs. * Working closely with Product Control, Engineering, and Innovative Teams to align on project plans, priorities, execution, and shipping of highly technical tasks. * Identifying extensive trends and opportunities across your portfolio of applications that have the potential to drive greater impact and/or performance. * Controlling, planning, and tracking PDP's assets, milestones, deliverables, and communications during the execution of simultaneous packages. * Anticipating and planning for future desires and challenges around timelines, workflow changes, and software deliverables. **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a stellar Program Manager who embodies the arenaflex lifestyle values in their day-to-day life.
