We collaborate with key stakeholders such as Operations, RME, ACES, Supply Chain, Transportation, WW Design, and more to ensure the delivery of robust products that seamlessly integrate into the arenaflex Fulfillment network. **Job Summary** As a Virtual Testing & Simulation- MSP CX Quality Assurance, Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging expert, you will play a critical role in developing virtual platforms to test and verify solutions through simulations and emulations with high fidelity. You will partner with Product Teams, QA Manual Testing and Requirements Team, and internal Customers to ensure new Solutions meet their requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to drive high-quality product delivery, synchronize virtual and physical tests, and ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies. **Key Responsibilities** * Develops, implements, simulations, and Hardware In the Loop (HIL) to virtually validate end-to-end solutions with real-life software * Virtually ensures that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service, and support prior to delivery * Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products * Communicates quality standards and parameters to the product team, including hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams * Coordinates simulations and testing processes * Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues * Connects with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), reviews client, customer, and user feedback * Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree (BS) * 5+ years proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modelling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise * Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and related automation equipment * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems, including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing * Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management * Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work successfully across multiple large engineering and operations teams at a strategic level * Strong problem-solving and abstract thinking skills * Time management and organizational skills * Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Virtual Testing & Simulation- MSP CX Quality Assurance, Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging expert at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with a talented team of engineers and experts, and develop your skills in complex systems integration, modelling, simulation, testing, and quality assurance.
