Job Summary arenaflex is currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer and Data Entry Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the software engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex software applications for enhancements and new products. You will also be responsible for preparing and conducting system programming tests, coaching others in less senior positions, and ensuring that all users have a full understanding of the development cycle. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug complex software applications for enhancements and new products Prepare and conduct system programming tests requiring interfacing and software assessments Coach others in less senior positions and provide guidance and support as needed Ensure that all users have a full understanding of the development cycle and provide documentation and support as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements Develop and maintain high-quality, reliable, and scalable software applications Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall quality of the codebase Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology, Engineering, or Information Systems, or a related field, and/or equivalent severally equivalent formal training or work experience. You will also need to have three to four years of qualifying work experience in data generation or engineering environment, or a related field. A related advanced degree may also offset the experience requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience building end-to-end solutions on cloud systems like AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with source control tools like Git and expertise in using ADO Backend engineers: experience in development using Java or Springboot Frontend engineers: experience in development using React JS or Angular JS Experience writing interfaces including API JSON or SOAP and web services Comfort with database principles and experience writing SQL in a relational database such as MySQL or PostgreSQL At ease working with goal-oriented teams in an Agile environment and working with user stories and recognition standards Willingness to analyze and learn new technologies, large technology stack, and figure out solutions, by using deeper studies and troubleshooting Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in software engineering principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. You will also need to have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. Additionally, you will need to have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
