Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls from patients, families, and healthcare providers, providing exceptional customer service and support. Gather essential information from callers, including medical history, current symptoms, and concerns. Relay critical information to our clinicians, ensuring that patients receive the care and support they need. Navigate complex emotional situations with empathy and professionalism, de-escalating conflicts and resolving issues efficiently. Utilize our cutting-edge technology and systems to document caller information, track interactions, and analyze data. Collaborate with our team of clinicians, customer support specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills, knowledge, and performance. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Support Agent with Blithequark, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: Be at least 18 years of age. Possess excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Demonstrate accurate keyboard and typing skills, meeting our minimum requirements. Be proficient in Microsoft Office and internet navigation. Exhibit strong customer service skills, with the ability to convey empathy and compassion over the phone. Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (with premium pay). Have access to a high-speed internet connection on a personal, private network. Maintain a dedicated, patient-confidential workspace environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer support, healthcare, or a related field. Familiarity with telehealth, medical terminology, or healthcare operations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments. Experience working in a remote or home-based environment.
