Key Roles and Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support and solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: Provide Outstanding Customer Support : Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless experience across all communication channels. Resolve Customer Issues : Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues, collaborating with other teams when necessary to deliver timely solutions. De-escalate Concerns : Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, turning negative situations into positive outcomes. Contribute to Continuous Improvement : Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer pain points, helping to improve processes and the overall customer experience. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will need: Essential Qualifications: Excellent Written and Verbal Customer Service Experience : You should have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Microsoft Outlook : You should be proficient in using Microsoft Outlook and have experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Availability : You must be available to work between 7am-10pm, 5 days a week, including at least 1 weekend. Preferred Qualifications: Previous Experience in a Remote Customer Service Role : Previous experience working in a remote customer service role is preferred, but not required. Experience with Live Chat Software : Experience with live chat software and other customer communication tools is an asset.
