Compensation and Benefits At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package, including: Base Pay: $14.50 per hour. Enhanced Rate: Up to $16.00 per hour based on attendance and performance, recognizing and rewarding your hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence.
