As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients. Key Responsibilities File disputes for customers who suspect fraud on their accounts and ensure that their debit cards are shut down for safety Maintain an empathetic and professional tone throughout all customer interactions, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner Work a non-traditional schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that our clients receive the support they need, when they need it Utilize a wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps to ensure seamless communication with customers and colleagues Use an Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) smartphone, along with a landline phone or smartphone, to connect to our remote queue system Problem-solve and think critically to resolve complex customer issues and provide effective solutions Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, with an associate's degree preferred Must be at least 18 years of age or older Background check required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to use a wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (no WiFi) Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) smartphone Either a smartphone or landline phone used for remote queue connection Ability to problem-solve and think critically Training and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with the training and development they need to succeed in their roles.
