**Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Senior Outreach Specialist - Fully Remote Opportunity at arenaflex**

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Outreach Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Our commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee growth has earned us a reputation as a leader in the healthcare industry. **Role Overview** As a Senior Outreach Specialist at arenaflex, you'll work in a fast-paced contact center environment, screening health plan members to determine eligibility for Social Security benefits, and/or supplemental Nutritional Assistance for families in need. You'll utilize our system tool to gather personal and sensitive information, provide high-level customer service and support, and assist in the actual submission of applications for benefits to the appropriate government agency. **Key Responsibilities** * Make outbound and receive inbound calls with the intent of promoting arenaflex services (90% phone-based) * Interview patients/members via phone to gather personal/sensitive information to determine eligibility for various government programs * Utilize arenaflex's systems to ensure appropriate questions are asked * Interpret and explain information such as eligibility requirements and application details * Use probing questions to clarify eligibility data with patients or members * Compile, record, and evaluate personal and financial data to determine eligibility * Understand and agree to role-specific information security access and responsibilities * Ensure safety and confidentiality of data and systems by adhering to arenaflex's information security policies * Read, understand, and agree to security policies and complete all annual security and compliance training **Requirements** * 2 years of experience in a customer service/call center environment * Ability to place and receive calls via computer interface * Excellent phone skills * Strong data entry skills * Excellent critical thinking skills * Ability to manage difficult people * Ability to be assertive * Ability to actively listen and show compassion * Experience working remotely * Private, quiet office/working space * Associate's Degree preferred **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we believe in providing a rewarding work environment that allows our employees to grow, excel, and achieve personal and professional goals.
