About the Role In this exciting and challenging role, you will engage in online conversations with customers, representing our clients in a positive and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to turn conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and drive business success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information, resolving customer inquiries, and capturing valuable lead data. Key Responsibilities Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving conversions and revenue growth for our clients Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients have access to valuable sales data Summarize interactions based on customer needs, providing actionable insights for our clients and informing future sales strategies Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, communication, and interpersonal skills. While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it is not necessary – we are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn. As a new member of our team, you will be required to attend 4 weeks of training, which will take place on Tuesdays to Saturdays between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST. This comprehensive training program will provide you with a thorough understanding of our products, services, and systems, as well as the skills and knowledge you need to excel in your role.
