As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch social media customer support, ensuring that our online presence is exceptional and our customers are satisfied. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our Sales and Digital Department. As a Sales and Digital Specialist, you will support multiple verticals, focusing on editorial placement of music on fitness apps, coordinating with select digital accounts, and directing our efforts in opportunities involving voice technology and smart speaker marketing. You will be responsible for ensuring that our podcasts are delivered to podcast platforms through our corporate distribution agreement, facilitating UGC sound delivery and claiming, supervising relevant Wiki pages, and managing pivot pages and QR Codes as needed. Key Responsibilities Act as a Fitness Account Liaison, tracking our connections to various fitness applications, such as Peloton, Supernatural, and Medrhythms, among others. Develop innovative approaches to support our music releases with wellness partners, considering the unique characteristics and demographics of each platform. Collaborate with internal team members to obtain approvals for all branded efforts and examine and promote campaign outcomes to inform future planning. Maintain a constant pulse on the latest voice assistant technology (Siri, Alexa, Google) and ensure an effective workflow is in place for executing creative initiatives to support projects in a timely manner. Analyze our voice data to identify opportunities to incrementally increase streaming consumption through voice requests and measured results. Liaise with select digital partners to market our releases for consumption on their platforms, creating and expanding new opportunities with growing new offerings. Work with internal teams to create and execute social and digital marketing for digital recording support, frequently measuring and sharing podcast listening results. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Three or more years of experience working in digital marketing and development or similar technology fields in the music industry. Familiarity with smart speakers and devices, as well as experience working with third-party partners. A passion for music, with the ability to multitask, attention to detail, excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills. Willingness to learn proprietary software as needed, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other programs. A bachelor's degree and the ability to work four days a week in our Burbank office. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in social media customer support or a related field. Knowledge of the music industry, including music publishing, recorded music, and concerts. Experience with digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content creation. Familiarity with voice assistant technology and smart speakers.
