You will be responsible for designing and developing learning programs that impact all new hires and tenured investigators within the Payment Risk Operations vertical, ensuring that these programs are aligned with business objectives and continuously improved based on data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Learning Experience Development: Create engaging e-learning content for on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools. Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure learning content remains relevant and effective. Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor or coach new Learning Experience Designers (LXDs) and apprentices on design principles, processes, and best practices to ensure a high level of instructional integrity across all learning experiences. Stakeholder Collaboration: Consult with customers to define problems and identify the best solutions. Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams, including Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps and develop technical and non-technical training content that meets business needs. Project Management: Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of projects. Data-Driven Insights: Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout learning solutions to generate actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience. Lead efforts to drive continuous performance improvement based on these insights. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Instructional Design, or a related discipline. Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements, highlighting a results-oriented mindset.
