Job Overview We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a licensed pharmacy technician to support our Customer Relations team and retail pharmacy stores. As a customer advocate, you will respond to customer calls, research and respond to company procedures and policies, and delight our valuable pharmacy customers. This role requires superb customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer calls in a manner that reflects blithequark's purpose and values Research, respond to, and interpret company procedures and policies to delight customers Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers via phone or written communications Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns Uphold blithequark's goals of delivery through the execution of customer service Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must be a resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance. You must also possess or be able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in your state of residence prior to your start date. Essential Qualifications: Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment Proficient to advanced PC skills required, including MS Windows-based applications Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: Call Center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery Bilingual Spanish What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to caring for our colleagues and our communities.
