Our team is comprised of talented professionals who share a common goal: to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers. **Job Summary** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls, providing policy information, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, leveraging multiple systems to deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Primary Responsibilities** * Handle high-volume inbound calls (70-120 calls per day) from policyholders, providers, and third-party stakeholders, providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly. * Review and maintain new and revised procedures regarding policy information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with arenaflex standards. * Ensure customer needs are met on every interaction, whether via phone, email, or written correspondence. * Maintain department standards for call volume, average handle time, and time management. * Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs. **Requirements** * 1+ years of work experience in a high-volume contact center environment, with a strong background in customer service and communication. * 18 years of age or older. * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Strong remote experience preferred but not required. * Reliable internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 20 Mbps, using a hard-wired connection. * Must have a smartphone to access VPN. * Insurance industry experience is a plus but not a requirement. * For safety reasons, you must have or be willing to obtain a fire extinguisher for your home. * Quiet and professional work environment. * Basic computer knowledge and skills. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Minimum typing requirement of 30 wpm. * Proficient use of the computer, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Office. * Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. * Excellent organization and time management skills. **Training and Onboarding** * 2-3 weeks of comprehensive training, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm CST. * Training will cover arenaflex policies, procedures, and systems, as well as customer service best practices. * Post-training, you'll be assigned to a 40-hour workweek, Monday-Friday, with no weekend shifts unless overtime is presented. **Equipment and Resources** * Candidates must have a smartphone for this role to access VPN. * All other equipment will be provided by arenaflex. **Work-Life Balance** * arenaflex is committed to providing a healthy work-life balance for our employees. * We offer flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment that allows you to thrive both personally and professionally. **Benefits and Perks** * Competitive compensation package. * Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. * 401(k) retirement plan with company match. * Paid time off and holidays. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. **Equal Employment Opportunity** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
