The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry, customer service, and technical skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs, leveraging voice of the customer methods to deliver innovative solutions. Design and build robust records model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions. Leverage transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver big data and batch/real-time analytical answers, ensuring information quality and accuracy through intensive testing. Offer guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems. Power consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and builds automation tools, and proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve best practices and efficiency. Work closely with partners from various teams to prioritize, define, increase, and test statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end strategy. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have: Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles, with a strong understanding of technical skills and hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, and development launch management. Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed. Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems, with experience in agile methodologies and delivery.
