Key Responsibilities As a Live Chat Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for a range of duties designed to drive business excellence through data-driven insights. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating closely with utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs, ensuring a deep understanding of our customers' voices and preferences. Developing and growing information of voice of the customer methods, leveraging this knowledge to outline and transform data within our cornerstone large data platform. Designing and building sturdy records model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions, ensuring data quality and accuracy. Leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions, making sure information first-rate and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case degree. Offering pointers to beautify competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Powering consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out and builds automation tools, to support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Proactively identifying and automating manual obligations to improve best and efficiency, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience. Experience in customer service or data entry roles, with a strong understanding of the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation. Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
