Job Summary As a Managing Producer for Photography Rights and Clearances, you'll be at the heart of our creative process, working closely with photo producers, creatives, and business affairs to deliver exceptional results across a variety of project types. You'll be responsible for overseeing all Rights and Clearances work, managing tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional leads to ensure the highest standards are met. Key Responsibilities Allocate and manage tasks to Associate Rights + Clearance Producer(s), ensuring seamless workflow and efficient project execution Oversee all Rights and Clearances work across multiple projects and product lines, maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy Collaborate with Senior Project Managers to develop and improve tools and systems, driving process enhancements and innovation Serve as the Marcom Photography representative, working closely with Cross-Functional leads across Apple to approve the use of our work and ensure alignment with business objectives Receive, process, and assist with all clearance requests for photography assets, demonstrating expertise in contract and usage language Manage the tracking of all cleared assets and licensed imagery, ensuring accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements Execute photo and talent upgrades, leveraging your creative problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality results Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 10-15 years of relevant experience in photo production, art buying, or work within a creative agency, with a proven track record of success A strong and collaborative leadership style, with a passion for building cross-functional relationships and driving team success A process-oriented and detail-driven approach, with a keen eye for accuracy and quality The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with comfort in ambiguity and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities A self-starting and quick learning mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize projects, schedules, and deliverables effectively The ability to work with stakeholders where varying opinions are the norm, offering creative solutions to problems and compromising without impacting the work Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: A degree in a relevant field, such as photography, marketing, or communications Experience working with business affairs and legal teams to negotiate contracts and resolve clearance issues A proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing new systems and tools Education A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
