Job Overview In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans, handling inbound and outbound calls to gather and enter detailed trip information, schedule non-emergency medical transports, and address member inquiries and concerns. Your exceptional communication skills, calm demeanor, and ability to work with diverse populations will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring successful ride completions. Primary Responsibilities Taking inbound calls from members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans to address inquiries, concerns, and trip requests Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion and confirming member eligibility Answering member inquiries regarding transportation services and identifying and assessing members' additional needs Intaking member concerns and working collaboratively with internal departments to resolve real-time issues Providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude, and demonstrating empathy towards members and their guardians Working independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives and adapt to changes in strategy, technology, and business needs Required Education and Experience To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in Mandarin (verbal) and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, you should have at least one year of experience in an inbound call center environment with high call volumes. Your ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and communicate effectively will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results. If you are working remotely, you will need a well-lit, dedicated, and quiet area with a notebook or desktop computer, high-speed broadband service, and a minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB usable RAM available.
