Join Our Team as a Surgical Sales Specialist - ATT We are expanding our Advanced Tissue Technologies sales force and territories in the Northeast, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Surgical Sales Specialist to join our team in Central Pennsylvania. As a Surgical Sales Specialist - ATT, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, fostering strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, and educating customers on the proper use and benefits of our products. Key Responsibilities Increase sales of products and achieve all territory sales objectives in alignment with the goals and compensation plan, focusing on acquiring new business and leveraging existing recurring revenue. Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with hospital, wound care centers, and private practice clinicians and administrative staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory, maintaining a high retention rate of accounts and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. Attend all product training necessary to develop a thorough knowledge of our products and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments. Plan and conduct personal visits to customers and prospects to educate on the proper use and benefits of our products, and attend and observe surgical procedures in OR settings and clinical office settings. Communicate and collaborate with team members in sales, marketing, and customer service to improve the customer experience and drive business results. Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and optimize performance. Manage marketing and sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment. Accountable for aggressive call pattern/visit rotation and entering call details into CRM, as well as regular business review presentations to leadership. Perform other related duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Essential Qualifications Experience calling on healthcare providers, with a strong understanding of the medical device industry and the needs of healthcare professionals. Experience selling within multiple, varied call points, including hospitals, wound care centers, podiatry, vascular, and other private practice specialties associated with the treatment of chronic wounds. Familiarity with OR policies and procedures, as well as experience developing accounts/markets within a buy and bill medical environment. Ability to assess market (territory) and opportunity, prioritize, develop, and execute sales strategy and plan to obtain desired growth and revenue targets. Great interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Patience and composure when communicating with medical staff, with a strong ability to solve problems and address customer concerns. Understanding of the functions and procedures of hospital supply chain, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. Maturity and the ability to adapt quickly to both independent and team-oriented environments, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results. Bachelor's Degree Required, with a preference for a degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or a life science. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with advanced tissue technologies and wound care products, with a strong understanding of the clinical applications and benefits of these products. Proven track record of sales success, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and present data to inform sales strategies and optimize performance. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers and colleagues.
