About the Role As a Customer Support Consultant at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients, fostering positive and long-lasting relationships, and contributing to the team's success. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues. Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized support. Meet and exceed team KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the customer support team. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, securely working with customers' sensitive information, and applying the latest customer happiness practices. Maintain a working knowledge of our clients' products and services, communicating effectively with developers and other departments within various IT companies. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Native Japanese and English communication skills, enabling you to provide support to our Japanese-speaking clients and collaborate with our international team. At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the tech industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions. A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload), enabling you to work efficiently from your home office. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Experience with CRM systems, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance customer support operations. Experience in the crypto/finance industry, with a understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.
